Fantastic Broker! We cannot recommend Andrew Kramer enough. We have used Andrew to purchase two homes and sell one. He has gone above and beyond for each transaction and made the process so much easier. Buying and selling a home can be extremely stressful and Andrew was always available to take care of whatever was needed and took so much of the pressure off of us. We aggressively priced our home and he was able to secure a buyer and close our home in 28 days and even got us 50k over our asking price! When it came to our new home purchase he got us everything we asked for without any hiccups. We have had poor brokers/realtors in the past and have learned you get what you pay for. Andrew surpassed our expectations in every way and is worth his weight in gold. Unfortunately we won't be using him again because he found us our forever home! We highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

It has been quite some time since we had any dealings with a realtor, and the outcome from this experience was exceptional. Andrew by far is the most patient and professional real estate agent we have ever worked with. The relationship we built over the year and a half process of finding our retirement home in Grand Junction was based on trust and good old fashioned hard work. We couldn't have accomplished our goal without his dedication and commitment to finding the home we work looking for. Our experience is even more compelling to his credit as we were in California which required daily written and verbal communication.
